In order to ensure the smooth operation of our school bus services, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel a scheduled pick-up or drop-off for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. For regular scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. For one-time or occasional services, we require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in a cancellation fee. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable for all parties involved.
